started training for the october marathon
so i have started training for the marathon and am currently on my 17th day. it is not that intense of a wokout; tuesday, wednesday, thursday runs, weekend longruns and cross training. i still have pain on my left knee but i decided: what the heck. if i keep on spoiling my knee, it might turn into a brat. hahaha.
